Joan Keel

Nurse Practitioner

Joan Keel is a Vanderbilt University graduate and East Tennessee native with extensive experience in internal medicine and hormone therapy, which she has practiced since 2010.

Her approach is centered on listening first. Joan takes time to understand each patient’s symptoms, health history, concerns, and goals before developing an individualized care plan based on clinical evaluation and appropriate testing.

Having personally used hormone therapy for many years, she also brings a unique level of understanding and empathy to the patient experience.

Outside the clinic, Joan enjoys paddle boarding, spending time with her three dogs, music, dancing, crocheting, and hopes to add pickleball to the list.

Jeanette Vadney

With more than 20 years of nursing experience, Jeanette brings extensive clinical knowledge and a warm, personal approach to every patient interaction. Her background in emergency nursing and healthcare clinic management has shaped her belief that great care starts with listening, compassion, and making patients feel truly supported.

Jeanette is passionate about helping both men and women feel comfortable asking questions and better understand the care process. She works closely with the Castle Rock Hormone Health team to help create a welcoming, organized, and supportive experience from the moment patients walk through the door.

Now proud to call East Tennessee home, Jeanette is excited to serve the Knoxville community. Outside the clinic, she enjoys exploring Knoxville’s food scene, local history, and the trails of the Great Smoky Mountains.
